　　B.81套動力電池及服務包(電池供應商按國家和地方技術標準要求提供8年全生命周期質保維保及零配件更換等系統配套服務)。

　　Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: A. 81 pure electric buses with a height of 9 meters; among them, 42 are owned by Shanghai Pudong New Area Yanggao Public Transport Co., Ltd., 16 by Shanghai Pudong New Area Shangnan Public Transport Co., Ltd., and 23 by Shanghai Pudong New Area Jingao Public Transport Co., Ltd. B. 81 sets of power battery packs and service packages (the battery supplier provides an 8-year full life cycle warranty for maintenance and replacement of parts according to national and local technical standards). (For specific details, see Part III - Procurement Requirements)

　　合同履約期限：合同簽訂后的 60天內完成全部車輛上牌并驗收合格交付(最晚不遲于2025年10月交付)

　　The Contract Period: Complete all vehicle registrations within 60 days after the contract is signed, and deliver them upon successful acceptance (no later than October 2025).

　　本項目(是)接受聯合體投標。

　　二、申請人的資格要求

　　2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

　　(a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定;

　　(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標若符合政府強制采購節能產品、鼓勵環保產品、扶持福利企業、促進殘疾人就業、促進中小企業發展、支持監獄和戒毒企業等政策，將落實相關政策。

　　(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this bidding meets the government's mandatory procurement policies for energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of disabled employment, promotion of SME development, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, etc., the relevant policies will be implemented.

　　(ii)未被“信用中國”(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中國政府采購網(www.ccgp.gov.cn)列入失信被執行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單;

　　(ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn), China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) ;
