-Guarantee the components purchased comply
with the required level of quality by implementing
the PQA approach to serial production and
new projects.
-Impose the PDCA problem solving approach
in all cases of quality incident, validate
the supplier's corrective action plan and
close the incident.
-Assure that the consequences of incidents,
Comex and product audits have been drawn
for new projects and integrated into the
suppliers improvement plan.
-Follow up the suppliers' improvement
plan and assure the efficiency.
-Implement suppliers' quality workshops
(MSP, auto quality matrix...).
-Measure and communicate the suppliers'
quality performance.
-Guarantee that the suppliers' tools renewal
and maintenance plan is appropriate.
要求詳細描述
-Mechanical, material education background.
-Strong verbal and written skills in
English.
-Good computer skills(PC software).
-Good technical knowledge of the product/process
technologies for mechanical and molding
etc.
-Theoretical knowledge and practical
experience of quality tools common in
the automotive industry (FMEA, MSP, PDCA...).
-Good communication abilities.
-Design or Quality engineer, Supervisor,
Engineering in the high-volume production
industry with 2 or 3 years professional.
-Willing to travel in China
