工作職責(zé):
1、全面客戶(hù)關(guān)系建立:依據(jù)海外營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系客戶(hù)管理政策,結(jié)合市場(chǎng)實(shí)際情況,通過(guò)多種渠道建立和維護(hù)客戶(hù)關(guān)系,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)全面客戶(hù)關(guān)系的建立、重點(diǎn)客戶(hù)關(guān)系的加強(qiáng)及客戶(hù)需求的滿(mǎn)足;
2、大項(xiàng)目推進(jìn):按照海外營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系大項(xiàng)目管理策略,主動(dòng)識(shí)別大項(xiàng)目信息,推動(dòng)大項(xiàng)目各環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)行,并及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)資源滿(mǎn)足大項(xiàng)目需求,支撐海外營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系大項(xiàng)目落地;
3、意向信息收集與訂單轉(zhuǎn)化:根據(jù)海外營(yíng)銷(xiāo)體系意向信息管理規(guī)定,疏通和拓展意向信息收集渠道,并及時(shí)跟蹤意向信息,促進(jìn)意向信息轉(zhuǎn)化為確定訂單,支撐銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成;

Job responsibilities
1. Establishment of comprehensive customer relationships: establish and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels according to the customer management policies and the actual situation of the market in a bid to ultimately achieve the establishment of comprehensive customer relationships, strengthen relationships with key customers, and meet customers’ needs;
2. Promotion of big projects: in accordance with the management strategy of big project of the International Business Sector, proactively identify the information of big projects, promote the operation at various steps of the big project, and timely coordinate resources to meet the needs of the big projects, and support the implementation of the big projects;
3. Collection of intended sales information and order conclusion: according to the management regulations of intended sales information, unblock and expand the collection channels of intended sales information, timely track the intended sales information, promote the intended sales information to transform into confirmed orders, and support the achievement of sales target.
任職要求
1、教育背景:結(jié)合學(xué)歷認(rèn)證等級(jí)等同于國(guó)內(nèi)本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科類(lèi)、語(yǔ)言類(lèi)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、工商管理等專(zhuān)業(yè),有中國(guó)留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先;
2、知識(shí)技能:掌握市場(chǎng)分析、客戶(hù)管理、產(chǎn)品推介等銷(xiāo)售技能,掌握中文者優(yōu)先;
3、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年及以上汽車(chē)行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有中資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或成功的大項(xiàng)目操盤(pán)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4、素質(zhì)要求:強(qiáng)烈的銷(xiāo)售意愿與成就導(dǎo)向意識(shí)、良好的人際溝通能力、合作精神。
1.Education background: bachelor degree or above, majors in science and engineering, language, marketing, international economics and trade, business administration, etc.; preferably study background in China;
2.Knowledge and skills: master sales skills such as market analysis, customer management, project management and product introduction; mastering Chinese language is an advantage;
3.Work experience: 3+ years of sales experience in automotive industry; preferably work experience in Chinese-funded enterprises or successful operation experience in big projects
4.Quality requirements: strong sales willingness and achievement-oriented awareness, good interpersonal communication skill, and team spirit.
